Trouble with your Log in or forgotten password?
Most log in problems are caused by forgotten passwords or using a different email then you registered with us. If you cannot log in, you can reset your password by following the prompts at the bottom of the Log in page. This screen will also let you know if you are attempting to use an email that is not in our system. You can also change your password at any time by going to your Account Dashboard / Account Information. Here you can follow the prompts to change your password.
Product doesn’t match your expectations or is damaged?
If for any reason the product does not match your expectation, we will do all necessary to ensure your satisfaction; replace the item, give a refund, or issue a credit – whichever you prefer. On the rare occasion of damage during shipment, we would please ask for a photo to assist us to understand how we can better package the product to avoid future such incidents. Should you wish to request a refund for any reason, we must hear from you within 10 days of receiving the product.
